Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC tegossuite (formerly ENWIS) accounts payable system allows you to manage cash flow and payments distribution through checks and/or ACH. The ability to audit pre-negotiated rates means no more over payments for services and material. With advanced workflow invoices can be approved online making sure that services and items have been received.
Linking commodity rebate amounts also allows you to always have the updated rates for commodity and services. Rebate distributions can either be paid via Accounts Payable or via Credit Memo in Accounts Receivable. And because everything is integrated, determining profitability by line of business, contract, waste stream or even by customer is now all at the click of a button.
